You must be of legal age and capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

3. Account and Access

Without login: you may search the database, but prices and detailed information remain hidden.

With free registration: you may access a limited number of searches per month, which include visibility of prices and details. Once the monthly limit is reached, prices are hidden again until the next cycle.

With a paid Premium plan: you enjoy unlimited searches with full visibility of prices and details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Premium Services and Fees

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as specified at the time of purchase.

Monthly plan: recurring monthly billing until cancellation.

Annual plan: recurring yearly billing until cancellation.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy (Annex B).

5. Auction House Content and Intellectual Property

The Website displays content (images, descriptions, prices, estimates) sourced from international auction houses.

Thecronostemple does not claim ownership of such content, which remains the property of the respective auction houses or rights holders.

This material is reproduced solely for informational and archival purposes.

If you are a rights holder and believe that your content should not be displayed, please contact us at info@thecronostemple.com with:

(i) identification of the material,

(ii) reasons for removal, and

(iii) proof of rights or authorization.

We will review and address such requests promptly.

Thecronostemple trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of Thecronostemple and may not be used without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer

Thecronostemple does not own or sell the watches displayed on the Website.

All information is sourced from third-party auction houses and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

The Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

Thecronostemple is not responsible for:

Accuracy of auction house content,

Technical issues, downtime, or errors,

User reliance on the data for financial or investment decisions.

7. Use of Services

You may not:

Copy, scrape, or systematically extract Website data.

Use the Services for automated decision-making, machine learning, or artificial intelligence training.

Use the Website for illegal, unauthorized, or commercial resale purposes.

The courts of Montevideo, Uruguay shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Thecronostemple harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Thecronostemple. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain valid.

Annex A – Refund Policy (summary)

Subscriptions are non-refundable once access is granted.

Monthly plan: no pro-rated refunds.

Annual plan: partial refunds may apply if canceled within the first 3 months (difference charged as monthly plan rate).
